Breakfast Club Enquiry Form

If you would like to book your child into Breakfast Club please fill in and submit the form below. Submitting the form does not automatically mean that your child has secured a place for the days you have selected. Places are limited and on a first come first served basis. A member of staff will confirm your booking as soon as possible.

This form allows you to book regular breakfast club sessions for the half term. Please specify which day(s) of the week you wish for your child to attend the Breakfast Club. This would need to be for at least a half term.

Charge: £5 per child per regular confirmed session. Sessions are booked half termly in advance. Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an invoice. All invoices are to be paid before the first breakfast club session.
