SEND Support

At Noah’s Ark we pride ourselves on being a fully inclusive setting with a high knowledge of the Early Years SEND framework and fully trained SEND staff to ensure all our children receive the opportunity to play, have stimulation and interact with other children while receiving the correct additional support they may need.

Our policy, Early years practice procedures 09.13 Identification, assessment and support for children with SEND, gives the details of how we offer appropriate support and intervention and promote equality of opportunity for children that we care for.

Where a child appears to be behind expected levels, or their progress gives cause for concern, we will consider all the information about the child’s learning and development from within and beyond the setting.

There are several agencies that support children with SEND and their families, please see below some of the support available for you and your child, if you would like to speak to our SENDCO directly or require further information or support, please get in touch.
