Children's Mental Health Awareness Week 1 - 7 February 2021
As part of Children's Mental Health Awareness Week, in Playgroup we have been exploring our feelings and emotions. We have been reading the book "Sometimes I Feel Sunny" by Gillian Shields and Georgie Birkett. You can find the book being read on YouTube here.

Playdough has always been a favourite here in playgroup, below is the recipe we use. It is a great way for children to develop their finger muscles and have proper finger control before they can learn to write at school.

BBC Bitesize is full of videos, quizzes and practice activities to help you keep on track when learning at home. Pick your year and subject to get started!
Cosmic Yoga is a YouTube channel that embarks on interactive adventures to encourage children to build strength, balance and confidence through yoga. It is a great way to get children moving, and adults too!
